This weekend, join thousands of other people who’ve been impacted by cancer in honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Gloria Gemma’s Flames of Hope: A Celebration of Life brings everyone together for a series of events to inspire awareness, compassion, and support.

On Saturday, September 29th, from 8am-2pm, the Omni hosts Passport to Survivorship, a health expo that promotes total body wellness. Following the expo, head to Station Park for the Celebration Festival from 3pm-midnight featuring live music, food, drinks, and interactive displays.

At dusk, experience the iconic Illuminations of Life Ceremony and torch procession from the State House steps to the Waterplace Park basin, leading into a ring of fire. The full WaterFire lighting continues until midnight.

On Sunday, September 30th, the weekend wraps up with the Gloria Gemma Run/Walk, a series of 3 races. The Kids Fun Run starts at 9am, followed by Pink Pump Palooza at 9:30 and the Gloria Gemma 5K at 10. For more information about all of these events, visit gloriagemma.org.
