On Saturday morning, the Providence Department of Planning and Development invites you to share your input on City Walk! Come to Calvary Church, 747 Broad Street, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm to learn about plans for connecting downtown with adjacent neighborhoods and participate in interactive design activities.

You’ll have a chance to learn about plans for making Clifford Street bike friendly and enhancing the Clifford Street bridge across I-95. Plans for Pine and Friendship streets in Upper South Providence will be presented as well.

After the project update, you’ll join other community members for an interactive design activity focused on Broad Street. Let planners know what new features you want to see in the neighborhood, and help to prepare for a demonstration project using low cost materials such as paint, planters and traffic cones on a small segment of the street over the summer.
