Styleweek Northeast, New England’s premier Fashion Week, kicks off today, February 21 at the Rhode Island Convention Center and continues through Saturday, February 24.

Styleweek was founded in 2009 by Rosanna M. Ortiz with the goal to connect the community, and the local and regional shops and press with up and coming fashion designers. Since its first event in 2010, Styleweek has featured over 172 designers from across the country, and is one of regional fashion weeks visited by the Councils of Fashions Designers of America. This event is also dedicated to inspiring the next generation of fashion designers through its SEED Student Design Competition.
