Downtown Providence Living Tour: Saturday, June 10th

Visit 11 apartment buildings, all in one afternoon! On Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 11 AM to 5 PM, the Downtown Providence Living Tour will highlight several newly restored properties along with popular buildings that were featured on previous tours. Advance ticket sales have ended, but you can still purchase your tickets at AS220 during the tour. See details below.

We hope you’ll join us, whether you’re interested in renting an apartment downtown or simply want to spend the day exploring our vibrant neighborhood. Download a copy of the program, and pick up a print copy on Saturday!

Everyone must check in at the registration site, AS220, 115 Empire Street, to receive wrist bands and tote bags before moving on to the tour stops at 225 Weybosset, 95 Lofts, Arcade Providence, Avalon at Center Place, G Reserve, Providence G, Regency Plaza, the Sampalis Building, the Telephone Building, and Westminster Lofts’ Peerless and Wilkinson buildings. Follow the program map for suggested walking routes and itineraries. Free shuttle service will also be provided.

Tickets will also be available at the registration site, AS220, for $10 on the day of the tour. Children under age 10 are free. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Downtown Providence Parks Conservancy’s restoration of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument.

Tour-goers can park at the Civic Center Garage, 165 Washington Street at a discounted rate until 5:30 PM that day. Simply bring your parking stub to registration, and have us validate it. When you exit the garage (before 5:30), you’ll pay $5.

The Downtown Living Tour has been generously sponsored by CORT, Craftland, The Dean, Mott & Chace, New Harvest Coffee Roasters, Regency Plaza, Rosalina, and studio MEJA, with additional support from the Providence Tourism Council and in-kind support from the Downtown Neighborhood Association.
