Join your neighbors for The Launch! at the future riverfront park behind 200 Dyer Street. On Saturday, May 28th, from noon to 8 PM, enjoy food and drinks from Matunuck Oyster Bar, and live music from Mark Cutler & Men of Great Courage, Sinner’s Pie, and the Red Pennys! Then wander along the waterfront for the first full WaterFire lighting of the season, starting at 8:31 PM.

This summer kick-off is organized by Building Bridges, a new movement to activate, celebrate, imagine, and help realize Providence’s future riverfront park and pedestrian bridge. By planning regular events, the group hopes to show the public what an amazing, vibrant public space the park can be.

Buy advance tickets for $15 on Eventbrite. They’ll also be available at the door. Children ages 12 and under are free.
