Get the inside view on downtown living! Buy advance tickets HERE to tour 9 apartment and condo buildings, all in one afternoon. (NOTE: ADVANCE TICKET SALES ARE NOW CLOSED. PLEASE BUY TICKETS AT AS220 DURING THE TOUR!) On Saturday, September 21st between 11 AM and 5 PM, you’ll get a chance to visit a wide range of properties, from large luxury residences to tiny microlofts, and everything in between.
All attendees must visit the registration site, AS220, 115 Empire Street, before continuing on to the other tour stops! In order to gain access to other buildings, you must check in and pick up your wristband! Then visit the 903, Arcade Providence*, Avalon at Center Place, The Promenade, Providence G, Regency Plaza, The Residences, Waterplace, and Westminster Lofts. The tour programs will feature maps, guiding you to walk or bike the route at your own pace, checking out the one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants along the way. Free shuttle service will also be provided. (*Please sign up for a specific time slot to visit the Arcade microlofts when you register for the tour. Spaces are limited!)
We encourage you to walk, bike, or park at one of the participating lots!
- The Civic Center Parking Garage, 165 Washington Street (with entrances on Washington and Fountain), is offering tour-goers $3 parking until 5:30 PM. To pay that flat rate, simply bring your parking stub to AS220 for validation when you check in. (If you exit the garage after 5:30 PM, regular rates will apply).
- The Downcity Parking lot at 357 Westminster Street will offer $5 parking between 10 AM and 6 PM. When you arrive, you’ll pay $10, and you’ll bring your ticket to AS220 for validation. When you return to pick up your car, show your validation to get $5 back.
- Keep in mind, payment at on-street parking meters is enforced on Saturdays!
Buy tickets in advance HERE for $6. (Children under the age of 12 do not need tickets). Advance sales end at 6 PM on Friday, September 20th. After that, they’ll be available for $10 at AS220 on the day of the tour. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Proceeds will benefit the Downtown Providence Parks Conservancy’s year-round arts and cultural programming.
