The annual Providence Children’s Film Festival (PCFF) is back for its 7th year, running from February 6th through the 21st! Held at multiple venues within walking distance of downtown Providence, the festival includes 16 feature films, 75 shorts, filmmaking workshops, and free activities. It also highlights young amateur filmmakers during the 3rd annual juried Youth Filmmaker Showcase.
PCFF kicks off on Saturday, February 6th from 11 am to 2 pm with a “Build a City, Make a Movie” workshop at the Providence Children’s Museum, followed by a free screening of short films at the Providence Athenaeum. The RISD Museum is hosting an Opening Night Reception & Screening on Friday, February 12th.
