On Saturday, October 24th, The Downtown Providence Parks Conservancy and KidoInfo are hosting the annual SPOOKY (a not-so-scary) STORYTIME +
HAUNTED ART IN THE PARK! You’ll find plenty of fun fall activities at this free event: tricks and treats, Mr. Bones (the not so scary skeleton), apples, pumpkins, haunted haystacks, a spooky touch and feel table, and more!
Storytelling begins at 10:30 AM with illustrators Jen Corace and Alison Paul, plus artist and toy designer Ricky Katowicz. From 11:30-12:30, help to transform Burnside Park into a Spooktacular place, inspired but Rufus the bat, from Tomi Ungerer’s classic book.
