Every day, patients in Rhode Island and Southern New England need blood transfusions to recover from illness and injury. To meet those needs, the Rhode Island Blood Center hopes to collect about 280 pints daily. On Wednesday, July 29th, from noon to 3 PM, you’ll have a chance to donate blood in the Aldermans Chambers at Providence City Hall, 25 Dorrance Street, 3rd floor.
