Spend Saturday morning, October 26th, at the Imagination Center in Burnside Park for the 2nd Annual Spooky (but Not So Scary) Kidoinfo Storytime event! Starting at 10:30 am, hear guest author/illustrator Alison Paul read her book, The Crow: A Not So Scary Story, and author Kara LaReau read her book, Ugly Fish. Guests will also read their favorite spooky books including Creepy Monsters, Sleepy Monsters: a Lullaby by local illustrator Kelly Murphy.
After Storytime, the fun activities continue with Halloween music playing all morning! You can explore an interactive haunted house, collage fun Jack-O-Lanterns, and learn about anatomy with a life-size skeleton, Mr. Bones. Guess the guts at a touch-and-feel table, and climb the haunted haystack too. Wear a costume, and get a special Halloween treat!
