Craving tacos? You’ll have plenty to choose from at the block party on Sunday, May 5th, hosted by Downcity business owners. Planned for 12 to 6 pm on Westminster Street between Eddy and Clemence, this is the 3rd annual event celebrating Cinco de Mayo in the neighborhood.

DJ Studebaker Hawk will be playing Latin inspired tunes throughout the day with a special performance from Mariachi de Brown. Tazza caffe, Poco Loco, Mijos Tacos, Like No Udder, Sprout food truck and others will sell food, while Tazza and Trinity Brewhouse will serve refreshments. Children of all ages are welcome! Crafts and activities include face painting, piñata smashing, drawing with sidewalk chalk and more.
