The Dunkin’ Donuts Center is hosting the popular Get Motivated business seminar on Monday, October 3rd, featuring high-caliber speakers including Rudy Giuliani, General Colin Powell, Bill Cosby, Terry Bradshaw, and others. With record numbers expected on a workday, we anticipate heavy congestion downtown from 6am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm.  

The Dunkin’ Donuts Center and The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority encourage people to plan ahead and consider alternative modes of transportation. The Convention Center and Providence Place lots should be at capacity early that morning, so they suggest carpooling, riding RIPTA buses, and parking in remote lots and garages. RIPTA is offering seminar attendees $4.00 round-trip fares that day.
